Italian Chop Dip

You HAVE to have this in your recipe box. This is simple to make, delicious to eat, and a great lunch to take anywhere. Italian chop is my family’s favorite dip to take to the beach, parties, and camping! Put it on a hawaiian roll, use crackers or even with corn tortilla chips. But be prepared to run out fast. INGREDIENTS

Salami (¼ lb)

Pepperoni (¼ lb)

Ham (¼ lb)

Banana peppers ( I used a handful of sliced from a jar)

Red onion ⅛ of an onion roughly

Artichoke hearts

Other options to add; black olives, tomatoes, other cured meats, bell peppers. Really what ever you enjoy.

Half a head of Romain lettuce


PREPERATION DIRECTIONS

Roughly chop above ingredients and add to a large mixing bowl. 

Then add;

1 tablespoon red wine vinegar 

2 tablespoons olive oil

¼ cup mayonnaise 

Salt, pepper, Italian seasoning

Stir together and enjoy! It’s best if made the day before.
