Use as much of each topping as you desire for taste, and instead of lathering it in packaged dressing… use these two simple ingredients; avocado oil and fresh lemon juice. Use just enough to coat all these yummy veggies and then enjoy. This is easy to make the night before and keep the dressing in a separate container so you can take this protein packed salad to work with you for lunch the next day.
