Steak Fajita Bowl

Simple and macro packed! This is one that everyone in the family looks forward to. Its also great to cook in a large batch so that you can reuse for meals the next few days. INGREDIENTS

4oz steak sliced

1/4 onion sliced

1/4 red bell pepper sliced

1/4 zucchini sliced

3 mushrooms sliced

1/2 cup of rice cooked

dollop spicy mayo (mayonaise, garlic powder, black pepper, ground red pepper, lime juice)

DIRECTIONS

Add steak and veggies into a bowl and season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, chili powder, and cumin.

Heat a skillet on medium high heat. Add 2 tablespoons of oil then toss in steak and veggies.

Cook stirring occasionally until steak is cooked through and veggies are tender.
